Product Introduction

• This series of electrical connectors and wire harness assembly is specially designed for car batteries, machine controller applications. It is especially suitable for connecting the power source to pure electric-powered, hybrid powered cars with high voltages and big currents, and other electric energy system.

• The product uses crown spring, muti-contacting points, to ensure its high sensitive reliability of contacting. It is really simple to plug & unplug, in addition to that, it has strong impact shock resistance ability as well as having high load capability.

• This Product has single core, but it can also be used by connecting multi-cores.

• The operation, usage and installation of this product are simple. It is very good for small space situations.

• This product uses 3-key locator and 5 types of corner design to prevent mis-plugging. It prevents from mis-plugging, wrong plugging;

• Wiring types can be pressure welded, connection terminal, welded, screw threaded.

• Product’s shell design is conductive metal, it has the function of electromagnetism shield and high mechanical strength.

• This product has high voltage endurance of 3000V – 5500V, big rated current of 30A – 50A.

• Contacting pin and jack, plug and the outlet can match with each other. It satisfies for different usage.

• Product uses fast push-and-pull locking and separating structure, extremely easy for usage.
