Product Introduction

• This series of products are specially designed for fast battery changing system of pure electric-powered cars. Not only it satisfies for fast battery changing, it also makes batteries charge together with a balanced charging manner. It can also be used for other battery, electric power, and energy control system.

• The jack of this product uses specially made crown spring; it has several contacting points to ensure its high sensitivity of contacting reliability; it has characteristics of impact resistance, strong vibration, simple usage, high load, high reliability, and long service life.

• This product has 40 cores. Of which the high power contact with 250A has 2 cores; the ground protection has single core; the contact with 40A has 37 cores.

• The plug of this product uses winding structure, with the buffer gear in the direction of plug-in, it can eliminate the impact of the bumps and vibrations on the contact reliability of the electrical contact by the car movement.

• With product’s guiding structure, it can make plug and outlet have self-adaption when connecting. It is convenient, fast, and reliable.

• This product has the design of anti-arc resistance, preventing accidental electric shock, waterproof, and etc.

• Wiring type is pressure welding.

• It meets the criterion of Q/ZHDZ. J1020-2012《DYL10 Guiding Style Electrical Connector Specification Regulation》.
