C Series Signal Connector

Product Introduction

• This series of rounded shape connectors are designed by using GJB598A-96 (U.S Army Force Standard MIL-C-26482) technical requirements as reference. It is compatible with other same type products manufactured by other companies. For example, Souriau’s UTG, AMPHENOL’s RT, ITT CANNON’s Trident series;

• This series of products are widely used on new energy car wash, cars, robots, national defense and etc. interconnection equipment, especially in the industrial field;

• The product has 7 types of shells from #10 to #24, Contact has 1 to 32 for options;

• The product is light weighted, contact reliable, corrosion resistant;

• This product can be pressure welded or welded. We offer ram type pinholes and mechanically processed pinholes for pressure welding type of contacts. They can improve wiring efficiency;

• This product is also adaptive to single core combination with high current;

• The operation, usage and installation of this product are simple. It is very good for small space situations, snap joint style connecting structure;

• This product uses 5-key locator corner design for mis-plug. It prevents from mis-plugging, wrong plugging;

• The shell design of this product is wire metal, which has the function of electromagnetism shield and high mechanical strength;

• The contact pin matches with jack socket, plug and outlet. It satisfies for different usages;

• Executive standard: Q/ZHDZ. J1089-2015 《C series rounded electric connector specification》；

• Wiring harness assembly can be done upon customers’ request.

Caution：Enclosure notation is not a part of the ordering symbols. Hence, please give clear indication of the specification, length of the connecting wire/cord while choosing the product. Example: Wire’s specific model, color, colligation requirement, and etc. Wiring Table ought to be provided when complex wiring is present.

C01006J1W stands for the square plug of W-key of type 10 shell; contact is 6-core contact pin, connecting type is straight plug printed board.
