DYL21 Series DC International Charging Port

Product Introduction

• This series of products are mainly designed for DC charging of pure electric-powered, and hybrid-powered cars. It is suitable for common charging mode.

• The standard type of this product has 9 cores; the power contact has 2 cores; the control contact has 2 cores; the ground protection has single core; both communication signal and low voltage assistant power have 2 cores. The size of the connecting port meets the criterion of GB/T20234. 3-2015 vehicle charging port.

• The product uses crown spring, muti-contacting points, to ensure its high sensitive reliability of contacting. It is really simple to plug & unplug, in addition to that, it can bear high load at connect point. It also has long service life.

• Wiring type: pressure welding (many kinds of cable specification are offered for options).

• It meets the criterion of Q/ZHDZ. J1099-2016 《DYL21 Series Charging Electrical Connector Specification Regulation》

• The contacting style design of this product is jack catch locating; it is convenient for wiring cable assembling.
