Product Introduction

• This series of electrical connectors and wire harness assembly are specially designed for battery connection, new energy electric-powered cars, frequency conversion and big switch cubicles.

• This product uses specially made crown spring; it has many contacting points to ensure its high sensitivity of contacting reliability; It has characteristics of simple plug & unplug, impact shock resistance, strong vibration, and high load capacity.

• There are 1 – 4 cores as options for this product.

• This product uses 3-key locator and 5 types of corner design to prevent mis-plugging. It satisfies for preventing from mis-plugging, wrong plugging;

• Wiring type: pressure welding, screw thread hole, tail hole, double screw bolt.

• High reliability, long life, and wire harness assembly can be customized upon customers’ request.

• The shell design of this product is conductive metal; it has the function of electromagnetism shield and high mechanical strength.

• This product has large rated current of 60A – 500A

• This product can endure high voltage of 3000V – 5500V, large rated current of 30A – 500A.

• This product has high voltage interlocking function; it can indicate the ON/OFF of power terminal; and high voltage interlocking function is optional.

• It meets the criterion of Q/ZHDZ. J1099-2016 《DYL22 Series Large Current Electrical Connector Specification Regulation》.
