Product Introduction

Number of cores: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, seven kinds of specifications; it uses twisted wire style elastic contact pin (cable needle), high density at contacting point. Cross sectional area of the cores is 0.1mm2～0.15mm2. In addition to that, it can also use 0.07 mm2wires with different product models. The performance of products can meet the criterion of GJB2446.

Product Characteristics Introduction

• It meets the criterion of GJB2246, 《Tiny Rectangular Housing Positioned over and Electrical Connector Specification Regulation》. (It is similar as U.S Army Standard MIL-C-83513);

• It uses gold-plating twisted wire style of needle. (same as “cable needle”)。 It has seven contacting points for each individual device. It is very reliable and dependable of its contacting capability.

• It uses 1.27mm grid; it has high density, small capacity, light weight, characteristics for each contacting device.

• Now 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, and 51, seven different types of cores are available for options.

• All wires have cross sectional areas that are between 0.07 to 0.15mm^2 can be applicable. At wires’ tail side, customers can arrange various colors and suitable specification shielded wires, or other types of wires.

• All the locking components are packaged up with this product according to ordering requirements. Please notify clearly in the contract if the locking components are not needed.

• This series of products meet the criterion of Q/ZH. J004 《J30 Series Rectangular Miniature Electrical Connector Regulation》.
